What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly, but we have a 30-minute window where we can make changes. Please contact our support team immediately via Live Chat or phone.
How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout.
My package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 24 hours. If it still hasn't arrived, check with neighbors or contact us at rocky@rockyshops.com.

How do I start a return?

Visit our [Returns Portal], enter your order number and zip code, and print your prepaid shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item, please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
Are returns free?

Returns are free for store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your total.

How do I know which size to pick?

Every product page features a detailed Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are your products sustainably made?

We are committed to ethical manufacturing. 80% of our current collection is made from recycled or organic materials. Check the "Materials" tab on any product page for specifics.
